FISHERSVILLE, Virginia (October 4, 2011) – Who the real King of Hardcore is will be decided October 15 when ageless Hall of Famer Terry Funk takes on the heart-and-soul of ECW, Tommy Dreamer, for bragging rights in the explosive “AWE Wrestling: Night Of The Legends”Pay-Per-View event, live from Augusta Expo in Fishersville, Virginia.
The contract that Kevin Nash, Marvin Ward and The Rock-n-Roll Express signed Saturday night in Woodstock, Va., for the main-event tag-team match at the AWE Night of Legends pay-per-view featued a key stipulation with an impact on the short term: stating that the match was off if Nash laid a hand on either Morton or Gibson before the Oct. 15 pay-per-view.
The event will feature such world-renowned wrestling celebrities as Kevin Nash, “Diamond” Dallas Page, Terry Funk, Tommy Dreamer, “Hacksaw” Jim Duggan, The Rock-n-Roll Express, David Finlay and Tammy Sytch.
