Another good night of OVW as the crowd was packed as tight as it could get. I even heard of some people being turned away. They really need a bigger building! A somewhat "upsetting" night ... more on that in a bit.

Mark Jindrak vs. Leviathan w/ Synn
OVW HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE MATCH

The match got off to a pretty decent start, with Jindrak taking some of the upperhand and the start with a drop toe hold. It's not too often that Leviathan's opponents have a good upperhand on him, and just as usual this upperhand didn't last too long. Leviathan came back and pummeled Jindrak as well as delivering a huge boot to the face, but only pulling off a two count. Jindrak gained somewhat off an advantage again after pulling the ropes down as the "Demon" was running towards the ropes making him fly right over them down to the floor. Eventually Leviathan made the comeback delivering a big spinebuster followed by his spear. Leviathan then set up Jindrak for his finisher the powerbomb and drove Jindrak down to the canvas hard for the pinfall and the win.

Next was an interview segment in the ring with Jim Cornette joined by Bolin Services. I couldn't hear much of the segment due to the intense crowd heat toward Bolin Services, but caught a lot of it. Bolin started talking of how great a replacement that O'Haire was as the head of security compared to Mr. Black. He then went on to talk about Jerome Crony's status in Bolin Services as well. The promo came off by Bolin basically saying that Black and Jerome Crony are worthless members of Bolin Services. Next Cornette announced that Prototype was the No. 1 contender to the OVW heavyweight title and will take on Leviathan next week on TV. Prototype then got on the mic saying that he would prove just how impressive he is in his match against David Flair later in the night. He went on to quote Flair on his "Be the man...." line and concluded that for him to be the man he would "....beat the man's son!!".

Shelton Benjamin & Redd Dogg vs. Mr. Black & Sean O'Haire w/ Jerome Croney

The match started with Redd Dogg and Mr. Black going at it in the ring to open things off. After Black managed to pull off some good offense Sean O'Haire was tagged in, but taken down by Dogg. The team of Benjamin and Redd Dogg gained the complete upperhand and delivered a huge double back body drop to the massive Black. Benjamin later went on to hit a top rope front flip shoulder block which was extremely impressive as well as a nice reversal reminiscent of an insegurie, but spinned the opposite direction delivering a big kick to the back of his opponents head. Benjamin's agility is very impressive in the ring. Jerome Crony attempted to save his team by going top rope and going for a splash onto Benjamin. Unfortunately, for him he missed and landed right on top of Sean O'Haire. Shelton then covered O'Haire and gained the three count. After the match O'Haire chased Crony to the back enraged of the happenings.

Next Dean Hill was joined in the ring with Doug Basham and The Damaja along with Queen Victoria. Damaja and Basham got on the mic flaunting the fact that they beat Nick Dinsmore and Rob Conway last week in a very historic match for their Southern tag team titles. The interview was promptly interrupted by Big Bad John, current member of the "Revolution". He was apparently upset that he was not invited to take part in the ongoing interview segment, considering he is a part of the group. Basham then got on the mic and stated that he was the leader of the "Revolution" and that when he needed him he'd let him know.

David Flair vs. The Prototype w/ Kenny Bolin

A very interesting match with an exciting finish, to say the least. The match got off to a quick technical start with Prototype taking the lead with a quick elbow drop to the downed Flair. The past three weeks Prototype has pinned Randy Orton, Rico Constantino and Ron Waterman, all of whom are now on the road full time with the WWF. Flair came back with some hard chops to the chest of Prototype echoing throughout the standing room only arena. Prototype then came back, running Flair hard into the corner, sending his shoulder deep into his midsection. Flair then reversed a final attempt after being whipped into the corner into a nice sunset flip pin and actually gained the three count for the win. This by far was one of the biggest upsets I have seen as of late in Ohio Valley Wrestling and should make for some very interesting TV in the weeks to come.

Trailer Park Trash & Flash vs. Payne & Damien w/ Synn
TV MAIN EVENT

Flash and Payne start out in the ring with Flash taking the offense for the start. Flash landed his springboard legdrop to the downed Payne. The match was fairly averaged paced for the most part. Once Trailer Park Trash was tagged in Synn attempted to interfere with him, pulling his legs as he was whipped off the ropes. In retaliation to this act Trash then went out of the ring and proceeded to deliver a hard right hand to the face of Synn, sending her down to the Davis Arena floor. Damien got in some offense eventually pulling off a huge inverted atomic drop to TPT. Shelton delivered the most impressive agility. He had his foot caught after attempting to deliver a kick, and did a reverse insegurie that was very unique and impressive, delivering a huge boot to the side of his opponents head. Bull Buchanan came to ringside holding up a yellow piece of paper apparently upsetting Flash. Flash dove off of the top turnbuckle down to Bull, but didn't effect him too much as Bull proceeded to throw Flash into the pillar in the building as well as the ring post. He then rolled Flash into the ring who was then pinned by Payne to pick up the victory for his team, concluding another solid week of Ohio Valley Wrestling.
