Reno Riggins contacted us today with more information on the passing of Steve Doll (Steven Dunn). Riggins was a friend and tag team partner of Doll and called to provide more details on his death.
Doll was 48 years old and passed away yesterday while still on life support according to Riggins. The family did not make a decision to take him off life support.
Cause of death was listed as heart and kidney failure. No autopsy is planned.
According to Riggins, Doll was admitted to the hospital last Tuesday and his condition rapidly declined. Doll had been dealing with health problems the last several years after major back surgery.
