The music of the Mexicools hit in the arena as Juventud made his way to the ring on his Juan Deere as the WWE Cruiserweight Champion, and he is set to defend that very title here tonight against Paul London. Before the match, John Mathews and Steve Romero announced that this coming week on Friday Night Smackdown!, Stacy Keibler will go one on one with Jillian Hall.

The start:

Juventud and London shook hands before the lock up and then London worked the arm but Juventud reversed and then London took a side headlock. Juventud whipped London off and he came back with a shoulderblock and then a kick, but Juventud then nailed a chop in retaliation. They again shook hands before London grabbed a go behind and then a roll up for two. Juventud then hit a small package for two and we had a great series of reversals and exchanges before a stand off to a great reaction from the crowd.

Mid-match notes:

London hit the mushroom stomp out of the corner and then whipped Juventud to the opposite corner and charged in but Juventud got his boot up. Juventud took over with some elbows and then missed a corner splash. London went for a splash mountain but Juventud reversed into a huricanrana for a near fall. London went for a victory roll, but Juventud slammed him face first off his shoulders into the canvas for two. London reversed a crossbody and then hit a swinging backbreaker for two. London nailed a nice spinning heel kick for another near fall and he is beginning to get frustrated.

The Finish:

London went for a huricanarana from the top but Juvy blocked and then London kicked him down. London went for a springboard crossbody, but Juventud hit a stiff kick to the mid section for two when London grabbed the ropes. The two exchanged forearm shots and then both men clotheslined each other. London went for a whiplash slam but Juventud reversed into a huricanrana and then nailed the Juvi Driver to pick up the win and retain his championship!

Juventud celebrated his victory as the Mexican fans in attendance were in full support of the Mexicool member.

Christian vs. Brian Kendrick

The music of Christian hit in the arena as Captain Charisma made his way to the ring as his Peep's were on their feet for his appearance, and he is set to go one on one with Brian Kendrick here on Velocity.

The start:

Christian slapped Kendrick and then Kendrick nailed a series of forearms and then a dropkick. Kendrick hit a running forearm in the corner and then Christian came back with right hands. Kendrick came back with a drop toe hold and then slapped Christian around and then nailed a dropkick for a near fall. Christian raked the eyes and then suplexed Kendrick onto the ropes and hit a running knee lift sending Kendrick all the way to the floor. Christian followed out as the Peep's got behind their man, and tossed Kendrick back into the ring.

The Finish:

Christian tossed Kendrick over the ropes, but Kendrick held out and went up top. Christian cut him off and then went for a suplerplex from the top but Kendrick pushed him off and then nailed a flying senton splash for two when Christian got his foot on the ropes. Christian then sent Kendrick sternum first to the corner and nailed the Unprettier to pick up the win.

The Aftermath:

Christian celebrated his hard fought win before Velocity went to commercial.

William Regal and Paul Burchill vs. The Legion of Doom (c)

The music of William Regal hit in the arena as he and Paul Burchill made their way to the ring for their shot at the WWE Tag Team Titles against Heidenreich and Road Warrior Animal, the Legion of Doom.

The start:

Burchill and Heidenreich kicked things off with Burchill attacking Heidenreich from behind and hammering away at him, and raking at his face. Regal tagged in who nailed some left hands and then stomped away at the big man. Burchill tagged back inside and continued to work over Heidenreich with stomps and then covered for two. Burchill hit a fishermans suplex for a two count and then tagged Regal back in who hit a knee to the face for another near fall. Regal locked in a rear chin lock and then a big left hand before tagging Burchill back in.

The Finish:

Heidenreich made the tag to Animal who nailed a powerslam on Burchill and then a right hand to Regal. Burchill came back with a knee to the gut and went for a kick but Animal caught hit and hit a leg lace takedown but then Regal attacked from behind. Heidenreich even the odds and went to work on Regal in the corner, but then MNM and Melina hit the ring and took Animal down with a double team maneuver and the referee called for the bell.

Winners by disqualification, and still WWE Tag Team Champions, The Legion of Doom

The Aftermath:

MNM set up for the Snapshot on Animal but then Super Crazy and Psicosis hit the ring and brawled with MNM in the aisle. The Tolands then struck and took down Animal with a double team slam. Burchill then nailed the shoulder breaker on Heidenreich and Regal and Burchill stared down the Tolands and the Tolands backed out of the ring. Regal then went back to work on Heidenreich on the outside as this coming week on Smackdown! we will see the Legion of Doom defend the WWE Tag Team Titles in a Fatal Four Way against the Mexicools, William Regal and Paul Burchill and MNM!
