This coming SummerSlam will be held at the America West Arena in Phoenix, Arizona, on Sunday, August 24, 2003.  We are pleased to offer the following two SummerSlam Travel Packages. 

Platinum Travel Packages consist of SummerSlam ringside seating ticket (s); commemorative SummerSlam  chair(s); two-night hotel accommodations (one standard room with maximum two beds per room) at a Phoenix area hotel within walking distance of the Arena (4:00pm check-in on Saturday, August 23, 2003 and 12:00pm checkout on Monday, August 25, 2003); breakfast buffet ticket (s) for Sunday, August 24, 2003; Superstar session (specific Superstars subject to availability); and SummerSlam souvenir (s).  Each Travel Package can accommodate up to four people per package sharing one hotel room.  If you are interested in purchasing this package, please refer to the attached Platinum Travel Package Request Form.

 Silver Travel Packages consist of SummerSlam lower tier seating ticket (s); two-night hotel accommodations (one standard room with maximum two beds per room) at a Phoenix area hotel within walking distance of the Arena (4:00pm check-in on Saturday, August 23, 2003 and 12:00pm checkout on Monday, August 25, 2003); breakfast buffet ticket(s) for Sunday, August 24, 2003; Superstar session (specific Superstars subject to availability); and SummerSlam souvenir (s).  Each Travel Package can accommodate up to four people per package sharing one hotel room.  If you are interested in purchasing this package, please refer to the attached Silver Travel Package Request Form.

 Due to space limitations, Superstars will be accommodated at separate hotels.  Travel Package Request Forms will not be accepted after the cutoff date of June 28, 2003.  Each Travel Package includes two-night hotel accommodations.  Travel Packages without hotel accommodations are not available.  Each Travel Package can accommodate up to four people sharing one standard room with maximum two beds per room.  Travel Packages are limited and will be confirmed on a first-come first-served basis based upon date of confirmation.  If Travel Packages are sold out at the time of request, individuals will be notified by email. Travel Package request forms will only be accepted by fax or by mail.  Requests will not be accepted by telephone.  Travel Packages do not include air or ground transportation to & from Phoenix Airport. Confirmed Travel Packages receive a Weekend Itinerary approximately one week prior to the SummerSlam weekend containing specific details on the Phoenix area hotel and the location of the on-site registration.  Travel Package materials, such as ticket (s) and souvenir (s), are distributed during the on-site registration.  The reserved seat locations of the SummerSlam tickets will not be available prior to the on-site registration. 

SummerSlam Travel Packages are quoted, and payable, in United States Dollars (USD).  All monies received by World Wrestling Entertainment are non-refundable once Travel Packages have been confirmed.  Travel Packages must be paid in full in order to receive confirmation, partial payments will not be accepted.  Acceptable forms of payment will be credit card payments and/or money orders, personal checks will not be accepted.  Money orders must be made payable to World Wrestling Entertainment.  All credit card payments must include front & back copies of credit card, front & back copies of driver> '> s license plus a signed Credit Cardholder> '> s Authorization Form.  World Wrestling Entertainment reserves the right to cancel the SummerSlam Travel Packages at any time due to lack of participation.  If these packages are canceled, an alternative package will be offered.
