First, has Grandmaster Sexay really returned? If so, why have they not put him back with Scotty and Rikishi?

Answer: Brian Lawler, aka Grandmaster Sexay, has indeed returned to WWE. He is not being teamed with Scotty and Rikishi for one or both of two reasons: Officials want to make sure of his committment/performance/attitude and Scotty and Rikishi have been established as a duo for a couple of years since Lawler last appeared.

I'm a blind wrestling fan writing in from Hawaii. So this question might seem strange, or perhaps silly, but I figured I'd ask. Why is it that in just about every Japanese pro wrestling video or show, the refs always speak to the wrestlers in English (albeit broken English sometimes), even if both workers are Japanese?

Answer: This is something that carried over in the days of Rikidozan in the 1960's. The Japanese people, being great admirers of aspects of Western culture, adopted professional wrestling in an American style and it was made popular by the Japanese legend. The tradition of referees making the counts in English was furthered by the influx of American talent in the 70's and 80's.

Where is Taka Michinoku? He disappeared from WWF and I heard he appeared briefly in ECW before it folded. Does he still wrestle and if so is there any chance of him appearing on TNA or WWE programming ?

Answer: Michinoku returned to Japan about a year ago after asking for his release. He had been used poorly, if at all, since his dynamic debut where he was pushed heavily.

I have a match here with Shawn Michaels and Ric Flair vs. Bret Hart and Macho Man, commentated by Jim Ross. J.R. said at that time Bret was the I.C. champ and former WWF champ, while Savage was the current WWF champ. My question is, when did this happen? I know that Bret lost his first WWF title to Yokozuna at Wrestlemania 9, and J.R. debuted at the same event, so it makes me think that this occurs after Wrestlemania 9, but i know Macho Man was never the WWF champ after WM 9, and Flair wasn't around the WWF at that time either .

Answer: The actual match took place on July 20, 1992, and was part of a Coliseum Home Video release entitled "Grudge, Gripes, & Grunts." At that time, Savage was the WWF champion, picking up the strap on April 5th, and Hart was the current IC Champion, winning that belt the same day as Savage at Wrestlemania VIII. Bret would go on to win his first WWF title on October 12th of that same year from Ric Flair in Saskatoon, SK. The video may have been released after it was actually taped and JR had come on board, but you are correct that the title history mentioned would be askew.

Is it the wrestler's choice or the WWE's to put wrestlers in a storyline where they lose and become bald?(i.e Kurt Angle, Molly, etc.) ?

Answer: The WWE comes up with the storyline, but will ask the talent involved first if they are agreeable to the story and what is to happen when it necessitates having their head shaved.
