The WWE has a brand new World Champion, and it might not be who you would think. Survivor Series was a decent show, if not very predictable. Let’s see what the fallout of the Fall Classic.

Before I begin, I want to send my most heartfelt thanks out to Bill Apter, the whole family at 1Wrestling.com and all of you who read my words. I asked, last week, for prayers and positive thoughts for my ailing wife, Dianna. I’m so happy to share with you all that she is home and feeling better. She has a long way to go in her recovery but she did ask me to share her love to one and all. Smile.

Raw began by showing the finals of the WWE World Title Tournament. Roman Reigns defeated Dean Ambrose to win the strap. In a post-match situation, Roman Speared HHH. Sheamus then slid in and hit a Brogue Kick. He cashed in Money in the Bank and then hit a 2nd Brogue Kick to become the new champion. Hmmm…seems someone we all know actually called that in his Crystal Ball Predictions column (blind squirrel finds an acorn time). Smile.

Triple H and Stephanie McMahon walked out to the ring. The Power Couple got booed like crazy. HHH reminded everyone that he offered Roman a Pass to the title but Reigns rejected the opportunity. Stephanie said opportunity knocked twice and Roman slammed the door. HHH said he wasn’t upset when Roman turned him down, the first time. HHH came in to only shake Roman’s hand to show him respect. HHH grumbled that Roman pulled the Cheap Shot. HHH made it clear that the Spear cost him the World title. HHH then introduced the new World Champion…Sheamus.

The Celtic Warrior walked out with the World title belt around his waist. Sheamus crowed about what a great moment he was having. Sheamus pretended to appreciate the fans. He thanked The Authority for the classy introduction. Sheamus didn’t even mind the fans chanting “You Look Stupid!”. Sheamus laughed about taking the title from Roman, in mere minutes (5:15) Sheamus mocked Roman for his reaction to losing the title. Sheamus just wanted to know: “Who looks stupid now?”.

HHH stepped back in and praised Sheamus for being the new World Champion. That brought Roman Reigns through the crowd. Roman was actually smiling. Sheamus tried to taunt Roman but it failed. Roman demanded his rematch, tonight. Stephanie told Roman that he lost his chance to demand anything when he Speared HHH. Roman asked HHH if he was hiding behind his wife’s skirt because he was afraid of the big Samoan. The two men stared each other down. HHH flinched as Roman stepped towards him. HHH congratulated Roman for the Spear but then mocked him for walking out of Survivor Series with nothing. HHH let Roman know that Reigns would get his title rematch, when HHH decided. Rusev came out of nowhere and attacked Roman. Sheamus then hit a Brogue Kick. So, is Rusev Sheamus’ bodyguard now? The International Alliance then left the ring. HHH told Roman “That Pride’s a B*tch”. HHH then set up a TLC match, at TLC, between Roman and Sheamus. Stephanie then said Roman would have to face Rusev, later tonight.

The Dudley Boyz will be facing Bray Wyatt and Luke Harper, shortly. That should be a good one.

Smackdown is moving to the USA Network, in January!

The Dudley Boyz vs The Wuatt Family

Erick came in to attack D’Von. Braun then finished off Bubba with the Apocalypse. Bray planted D’Von with Sister Abigail. It would have been so much better if the Brothers of Destruction had teamed with the Dudleys to face all 4 members of the Wyatts, last night. Traditional Survivor Series Rules Match. Just imagine that one.

The announcers sent it to a video package about The Undertaker. He’s always been one of my top 10 wrestlers of all time, even during that horrible Underbiker phase of his career.

Paige cut a promo, from the back, where she complained about Charlotte cheating in their title match. Michael Cole called Paige on it and she got really irate. Paige claimed Charlotte’s arm was under the ropes when she applied the Figure Eight. The ref should have called for the break, not accept the submission. Paige was ready to show everyone what an embarrassment Charlotte is.

The New Day will be doing a Country Music Jamboree to celebrate their one year anniversary. They have also made the risky move of sending out an Open Challenge. They just might regret that.

New Day came out on pink stick horses. Jeez. JBL corrected they were Unicorns. Big E was wearing a red cowboy hat. This was just goofy. Oh please let someone come out and kick their silly behinds. Xavier grumbled about having to spend their anniversary evening in the Capitol of Country Music. Yeehaw! I happen to like country music. Our van’s presets are all country stations (with one exception). New Day made fun of country music. Oh for goodness sakes, let’s get some wrestling started! New Day let Xavier sing. He’s ok but he ain’t no Darius Rucker. Fans were beyond bored with the waste of time. Xavier issued the Open Challenge…

New Day vs ?
World Tag Team Tiltle Match

Lucha Dragons came out to accept. Kalisto accused New Day of running from them. Kalisto accepted for his team. Sin Cara stepped up and wished the opponents Feliz Anniversario (Happy Anniversary). New Day then headed out of the ring. They didn’t go far as The Usos came out. New Day tried to backtrack out of the Open Challenge. Sin Cara explained that they came out first but they were cool with a Triple Threat Tag Team Title Match. Big E whined about the teams ruining the Jamboree. New Day said neither team would get the title shot, tonight. The LUchas and Usos started kicking butt. Big E ws taken out by the Luchas. Double Superkick, by the Usos, to Xavier.

Albert Del Rio and Zeb Colter were on deck to deliver a State of MexAmerica Address.

Alberto and Zeb strolled from the back. I really don’t like that patchwork flag thing. Zeb and Alberto pulled up in front of the announce table. Zeb discussed Alberto’s failing to win the World title. Zeb said it was just a growing pain for the fledgling country. Zeb accused most of the WWE Universe of becoming Haters. Alberto complained, in Spanish, that the fans were scared of the new country that he and Zeb created. Zeb said they would no longer try to help the fans and the borders of MexAmerica are now closed.

Zeb’s rant was cut short by the arrival of Jack Swagger. He was wearing his old Hand over the Heart shirt. Jack mentioned how the fans used to look up to Zeb, but not anymore. Alberto went off on Jack for his disrespect. Jack challenged Alberto to face him. Alberto waited for Jack to get in the ring. It was a MexAmerican Stand-off until Alberto turned tail and ran. The fans sure didn’t appreciate Del Rio’s behavior. Jack poked Zeb by getting a “We the People” chant going.
