Ring of Honor 13th Anniversary Show Results

Matt Sydal d Cedric Alexander (with the Shooting Star Press)

Moose d Mark Briscoe (with a huge Spear)

The Kingdom (Matt Taven and Michael Bennett) d The Addiction (Christopher Daniels and Frankie Kazarian) and “Machine Gun” Karl Anderson

Anderson had to fight on his own as “Doc” Gallows was stuck in Detroit (and seriously not happy about it). Anderson said he was the Bullet Club and would stand alone. He fell as The Kingdom took him out.

Roderick Strong d B.J. Whitmer

ODB d Maria Kanellis

This one was just wild. Maria claimed she couldn’t wrestle because she was pregnant. Michael Bennett, her hubby, came out and got involved. That brought out Mark Briscoe. All kinds of shenanigans took place and in the end…ODB destroyed Maria…pregnant or Not.

A.J. Styles d ACH

Pretty much everyone in the house knew how this one was going to go but ACH really showed how great he is. In the end, however, the IWGP World Champ was just too much for ACH.

reDRagon d The Young Bucks
Ring of Honor World Tag Team Title Match

Jay Lethal d Alberto El Patron
World TV Title Match

Truth Martini got involved, which allowed Jay to catch El Patron with the Lethal Injection to retain.

Samoa Joe returned to Ring of Honor and presented one of the best promos of his career. He made it crystal clear that he was there for the RoH World Title.

Jay Briscoe d Tommaso Ciampa, Hanson and Michael Elgin
Ring of Honor World Title

Hanson looked to have it locked up when he caught Ciampa with the Spin Kick o’ Doom. However, Elgin pulled Hanson out of the ring. Briscoe basically collapsed on top of Ciampa and got the three. After the match, Samoa Joe came out and presented the title belt to Briscoe. They stared daggers at each other but no physicality occurred as RoH closed the book on this fantastic event from my old stomping ground of Las Vegas.
