Hugh Jackman (Wolverine) was in the house to take things to the X-Treme! Ok, he was there to push the new X-Men film but it was still a decent night of action and laughter. Get ready for Extreme Rules.

The show opened with a look back at John Cena vs the entire Wyatt family, last Monday. Bray said the fans don’t love Cena, anymore. Cena got completely annihilated by Bray, Erick and Luke. It ended up in a disqualification when all the Wyatts attacked John.

A cage was set up around the ring. John Cena came out to talk with the fans. He definitely got a mixed reaction, leaning heavily towards the negative. Time for Cena to “Go Hollywood” (as one of my buddies put it). Cena just didn’t look happy as he got in the ring. Cena just waned to know “Why?”. The religious overtones in this storyline is really starting to bother me (and quite a few others). The fans started screaming that Cena Sucks. Cena was forced to face all 3 members of the Wyatts and he just didn’t understand it. Cena realized that times have changed. Cena said he never abandoned his fans and the WWE Universe. Cena wanted to know why the fans were drawn to Bray Wyatt. Cena talked about the kids that were coming up behind him: Roman Reigns, Cesaro, Daniel Bryan and a tons of NXT guys. Cena said Bray Wyatt was dangerous. Cena said Bray only cared about Bray, not the fans. Cena said the steel cage was going to be in play to keep the message of deceit in check.

The Wyatts cut John off. A little kid began to sing “Whole World in his Hands”. This so bothers me. There was a whole choir of young kids that sang the song. My whole family was offended by using kids in this way. The kids did have a good sound and I do love that song but not like this. The kids got a bigger pop than Cena did. Bray then came out to sing with the kids. Sigh. Bray did a Pied Piper kind of thing, bringing the children with him to the ring. The little ones surrounded the ring. The crowd appreciated the kids but not so much Bray. The lights went down and came back up and all the kids were wearing the Sheep Masks. Mind Games are one thing but this goes way too far. Bray just cackled as he looked at Cena. Thankfully, the segment ended there.

After the B.S. opening segment, it was time to ge tdown to some actual wrestling. Wow, they got the cage down quick.

The Usos vs Ryback and Curtis Axel
WWE Tag Team Title Match

Congrats to Jimmy Uso (John Fatu) on his recent marriage to Trinity/Naomi. I saw the ceremony on Total Divas. It was a shame that Rikishi didn’t show up. One of my grandsons is considering marriage and I’ll guarantee you that I’d crawl out of a hospital bed and show up in a wheelchair before missing seeing my favorite bringing in a granddaughter to my wonderful family.

The Finish:

This was a huge back and forth battle that could have gone either way. Meathook Clothesline by Ryback. Ryback wanted the Shell Shocked byt Uso countered it into a Sunset Flip. 2 count. Jey got double teamed by Rybaxle. Jimmy made a blind tag. Curtis caught Jey with the PerfectPlex but Jey wasn’t legal. Superfly Splash by Jimmy and the Twins retain.

Your Winners” The Usos

It was time for another Exotic Express vignette. I so really like this dam Rose kid. He has the potential to be the next big superstar. He debuts, next week.

`Raw looked back at the attack on Daniel Bryan by Kane. Sephanie McMahon is coming out to apologize, later.

Kane’s mask was back in its case.

Titus attacked Sheamus, on the ramp. Sheamus hit hard on the steel ramp. Titus ran Sheamus into the barrier, several times. Titus then sent Sheamus into the ring post. Titus finally pitched Sheamus in the ring. Titus punched away. The ref pulled him off and checked on the Irishman. The bell sounded and Titus went on the attack. The ref kept pushing Titus back. Corner Knee Shots by Titus. Brogue Kick!

Wanted to take a moment to congratulate Lee, one of our regular contributors. He wrote me on Tuesday to let me know that he was named Southern Florida Man of the Year in LaCrosse. Way to go, my friend. I know your family is so proud, as are all of us here at 1Wrestling.com.

Hugh Jackman has been in a Twitter war with Damien Sandow. It would come to a magnetic conclusion, next…

Time for another Bo-Lieve Moment. I like this kid.

Dolph Ziggler was in the ring, talking about his past with Hugh Jackman. Dolph liked this tie of year because the Super-Heroes return to the screen (as well as the babes are wearing skimpier things). Dolph sent it to a clip from the new X-Men movie. I guarantee, I will so be at the theater for this kick-*ss movie.

Dolph then brought out Hugh “Wolverine” Jackman. The crowd massively popped for the actor. Hugh and Dolph mended fences and were having a serious love fest until Damien Sandow came out…as Magneto. Oh, Dear God in Heaven, that is the worst outfit…ever. Damien got in the ring and pulled some magnetical tricks. Hugh played along for a bit and then Hip Tossed Damien. Dolph then planted the loud-mouth Sandow with the Zig Zag.

A promo for the Evolution vs Shield feud aired. The six men will square off on Sunday. Thanks to my “Cousin”, Steve, I’ll have my new laptop by Friday. Cool! I may have to work on Sunday but I guaran—darn—tee that I will have the laptop fired up and running the show…albeit muted.

Jack Swagger (w/Zeb Colter) vs Cesaro (w/Paul Heyman)

Raw flashed back to Smackdown for the debate between Zeb Colter and Paul Heyman. Heck, I want to see them fight. My money’s on the fuzzy-faced grandpa to kick the Yankee Boy’s butt. Paul came out and cut a quick promo about his kids and what a lying piece of work that he can be. Paul, of course, had to get praise in for Brock Lesnar destroying the Streak and how Cesaro won the Andre the Giant Battle Royal. God, I hate Cesaro’s darn music. I haven’t heard sirens like that since I sat through History Channel’s documentary about World War II.

The Finish:

Cesaro broke out of a Butterfly Full Nelson. Knee Strike by Jack. Whip by Swagger but Cesaro with a European Uppercut. Big Boot by Jack for two. Whip by Jack but Cesaro with a hard shot to the ribs. Suplex by Cesaro. Jack pushed free. Zeb caught the ankle and Paul grabbed Zeb but his hairy face. A distracted Jack Swagger fell to a Bridging German Suplex.

Your Winner: Cesaro
Raw Ranking: 2.0

John Cena was asked, backstage, about his thoughts on what Bray did earlier. He would not comment and just walked off.

Kane’s mask was still secure in its case.

Your Winner (by Submission): Alberto Del Rio

Body showed frustration by pushing his brother away, after the match.

Heyman and Cesaro chatted backstage.

Lana brought out her man, Alexander Rusev. I normally don’t care for blondes but Damn.

Alexander Rusev vs Xavier Woods

Rusev will face both Woods and R-Truth on Sunday.

When the bell rang, Rusev was ready for war. I still think he looks like he could be related to the later, great Skandor Akbar. The bell rang and Woods hit a Dropkick and wild Haymakers. Wheelbarrow Bulldog blocked and converted into the Bulgarian Bounce. Rusev went for the Accolade but R-Truth jumped in and attacked Rusev. Low Bridge to send Rusev to the floor. Truth and Woods with a double team. Lana held him back.

Your Winner (by disqualification): Alexander Rusev
Raw Ranking: 1.25

The announcers sent it to a video piece about Tuesday’s World Wish Day. Thanks to Bill Apter and the “Big Boss”, I’ve had the honor of living many of my deepest wishes, including a wonderful trip to Poland and to New Orleans. I thank them both…as well as my dear friend, Darren Antola. Speaking of Darren, I have great news to share. Our film, 350 Days, is just about ready to go. We have set up a Facebook Page for it under the 350 Days name. Our director, Fulvio Cecere, is maintaining the FB page and has already put up a Sneak Peak Sizzle Reel for all to watch and enjoy.
