IT HAPPENED @SMACKDOWN

Posted June 30th, 2012 by 1Wrestling News Team

The show opened with AJ facing Layla. During the match, Daniel Bryan came
out and shouted “YES!” around the ring distracting AJ – which led to Layla
pinning AJ. After the match, AJ attacked Layla. Then Daniel Bryan said to AJ
that she now knows how it feels when someone distracts you during a match.
Bryan then called out Vickie Guererro because he had to talk to her about
something. Then, Vickie came out and said that everyone is tired of his catch
phrase. Bryan then said that both RAW and SmackDown will soon revolve around
him. He then said that he and Vickie need to work hand in hand. Bryan then
said he wants AJ banned from ringside during his match at Money In The Bank.
Vickie then said that there was a poll on wwe.com as to what role AJ would
play in his match at MITB – 76% said that AJ should be the special guest
referee.

-Damien Sandow defeated Zack Ryder to qualify for the Money In The Bank
ladder match.

-Tyson Kidd defeated Jack Swagger to qualify for the Money In The Bank ladder
match in an upset.

-United States Champion Santino Morella and Intercontinental Champion
Christian defeated Cody Rhodes and David Otunga when Christian pinned David
Otunga. As a result of the match – Christian and Santino qualified for the

It’s exceedingly humorous that, while WWE is promoting anti-bullying, they employ Brock Lesnar, as well as other, for lack of a better word, bullies. The WWE needs to look a this closely, and realize that they’re sending much more than mixed signals.
