Each week 1Wrestling.com’s resident rankings expert, Ray Mullan, will be scouting the major North American wrestling promotions in order to bring you an in-depth rankings report for the top championships in Pro Wrestling.

The Top 10 rankings are based on television and Pay-Per View win-loss records over the course of the month, quality of opposition, and inherent skill of each wrestler or team. All other rankings are based on the official current positions of challengers to the Top Title in each category (I.E. Should a wrestler win a number 1 contenders match, he will automatically be afforded that ranking regardless of current win-loss record).

Ray’s ‘Rasslin’ Rankings – As of July 19th 2011:

Well that’s all for this week folks, if you have any comments or questions pertaining to the rankings, feel free to drop me a line at ray@tnauk.tk or alternatively you can tweet me via @TNAUKWRESTLING. Thanks for reading, see you next week!

Yes! Bobby Roode made the top 10! About time, he’s been stellar of late and has all the tools to be a future singles star in this business, loved the finish he used to his match against Samoa Joe and D’Angelo Dinero last week, reminded me of Bret Hardt against Roddy Piper at Wrestlemania 8.

Cool i love these rankings. lot of change this week, probably one of the most exciting weeks in wrestling – ALL THREE WORLD TITLES CHANGED HANDS! BTW are you planning to cover Ring of Honor? Would be interesting in seeing those, especially if CM Punk returns with the WWE title!

Also, I think the Miz should be ahead of Mysterio in the rankings – surely he’s the favourite going into the Fake WWE Title match?

Anybody who happens to belive that Punk will show up in ROH with the belt is really really naive. Unless the E has a working deal with them, there is no way in hell vince would have let punk leave with the belt without something in writting about him comming back. Vince may have made some bad choices in his time, but he’s not dumb.
