APTER’S ALLEY — RAW TONIGHT — THE “GO HOME” SHOW ON THE ROAD TO ‘MANIA XXVII

Posted March 28th, 2011 by Bill Apter

Tonight The Rock will be in Chicago to go face-to-face with John Cena. The feud between these two is at a fever pitch — and although the WWE is trying to get The Miz as much heat as the fire between those two, it isn’t there just yet. Perhaps that will happen tonight.

Thus far, most fans I have talked to are curious about the above war but more so in the spotlight is Jerry Lawler’s war with Michael Cole. Many an observer has told me that it is this match they are plunking their cash down to see.

Triple H against The Undertaker almost seems like an “also ran” — the third string match. I’m curious how that will be addressed tonight to bring it up to the level of the other two matches in terms of fan interest.

On a similiar level is the World title match with EDGE defending the belt against Alberto Del Rio. It may just be my feeling but I think the WWE title has more value to the fans than the world belt.

RAW commences at 9PM Eastern Standard Time on the USA
Network. It’s the “go home” show before ‘Mania XXVII so it should be a really strong show!

Thanks for coming to 1Wrestling.com and I’ll see YOU at the matches!
