Mike Shaw, who wrestled as Makan Singh, Aaron Grundy, Friar Ferguseon, Norman The Lunatic, and most notably Bastion Booger in the WWE during 1993 and 1994, has died. He was 52 years old.

During his WWF and WCW tenure I got to know Mike fairly well. He was what I would call a “jolly fellow” always with a nice word to say to everyone.

Everyone here at 1Wrestling.com send our deepest condolences to his family, friends, and fans.

I wish all the best to Mr. Shaw’s family. He will always hold a special place in my memories. As a young boy attending my first live event, he was headlining the show as Makhan Singh, and I was a huge fan of the monster heel.

The best to your family. Thank you for the entertainment you provided to my family. Thoughts of your Norman, Truckin’ Norm, and especially Bastion Booger characters keep us laughing to this day. The little dance you used to do as Booger before you would pin your opponent is priceless. Whoever hasn’t seen it and likes to laugh should look it up.
