Final Grade: B+ (88%)
Biggest Pops: John Cena, Daniel Bryan, Bret Hart
Loudest Boos: Miz (during his attack on Daniel Bryan), Nexus, the fake outs of Undetaker in th coffin.
Biggest Disappointment: Daniel Bryan, not Triple H, ends up the 7th man. That disappointment quickly changed when Daniel forced Young to tap out. Daniel wasn’t in the match long, but when he was, he was amazing.
Biggest Thrill: Bret Hart beating the daylights out of Heath Slater. Bret could easily step back through the ropes. Ring rust and injuries were nowhere to be seen. Way to go, Bret.
Thanks to all of you who have joined me for the summer spectacular. It certainly wasn’t one of the best Summerslams but the main event was excellent. I’ll be back with you all, tomorrow night, to look at the aftermath of the show.
